Which bitrate to choose
Bitrate is how much data each second of sound gets. For a voice, 128 kbps is clear and gives the smallest file: about 1 MB a minute. For music, 192 or 256 kbps keeps cymbals and reverb cleaner. Choosing 320 kbps cannot improve on what the video's own soundtrack holds; most phone and web videos carry sound at 128 to 192 kbps to begin with.
