    How to flip or mirror a video

    2. Choose the flipLeft to right mirrors it. Top to bottom turns it upside down as a mirror image. Both is the same as a half turn.

    Getting a good result

    Fixing backwards text from a front camera

    Some phones and webcam apps save front-camera video as a mirror image, the way you see yourself while recording. Writing on a shirt, a whiteboard or a product label then reads backwards. Flipping left to right puts it right.

    Before you mirror someone's face

    Faces are not symmetrical, and people notice a parting or a mole on the wrong side. Mirror for a reason, such as matching the direction someone looks to the layout around the video.
