    Getting a good result

    Blurring everything or one thing

    This tool blurs the entire frame. That is what you want for a background behind a title, a looping backdrop on a website, or footage shown only for atmosphere. To hide one face, a number plate or part of a screen and leave everything else sharp, use the censor tool and draw a box.

    The strength follows the video's size

    The blur is scaled to the frame, so Medium looks the same on a 720p and a 1080p video.

    Can a blur be undone?

    A strong blur cannot. A light blur over large text can sometimes still be read, so use Strong, or a solid box, for anything private.

    How do I blur only the background behind a person?

    That needs the person to be separated from the background, which this tool does not do.
