  1. Your allowance

    Free includes 30 minutes once. Choose a monthly plan or buy additional minutes through secure Razorpay checkout in USD.

  2. The footage charge

    A finished edit uses the length of the footage you uploaded, rounded up to the next whole minute. Changes and short clips from it are free. A stopped or failed edit uses nothing.

  3. Read your ledger

    Open Minutes to see each grant and charge with its reason. Contact support if an amount needs checking.

  4. Upload limits

    One upload can be up to 2 GB on Free, 8 GB on Creator, 20 GB on Pro and 30 GB on Studio Business. Those plans can have 1, 2, 5 and 12 videos in progress at once (uploading, waiting or being edited); they are edited in turn. One recording can be up to 3 hours long. When the server's storage is short, a new upload waits or is refused with a message saying so.
