Signing in, getting back in, deleting footage and closing access.

  1. Sign in securely

    Use your email and a password of at least eight characters. Your session lasts 30 days. Change the password from Account and revoke other browsers from Security.

  2. Recover access

    Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page. It points you to Contact, with “Signing in or my account” already chosen, and a person helps you back in.

  3. Delete footage

    Download anything you want to keep first. Storage lets you delete a video’s original footage and finished outputs, including its versions and shorts. Editing notes remain.

  4. Close account access

    Close account asks for your email and password before sign-in is turned off. Contact support to discuss removing retained records.
