Getting a good result

Written to a length, and measured

Thirty seconds of speech is about 75 words. The tool asks for that many, counts what came back, and rewrites once if the draft is more than a fifth off. The total time shows above the script, so you know before you record.

Hook, points, one ask

Short video has room for one idea. The first part earns the next five seconds, the middle gives the viewer something usable, and the end asks for one thing. If your points do not fit, make two videos.

Why is my 30-second script 32 seconds?

The estimate assumes 150 words a minute. Read it aloud once with a timer; if you talk faster or slower, cut or add a sentence.
